III. THROTTLE BODY COMPARISON
The following set of dyno scans are provided to illustrate the differences in performance that can be expected when using different throttle bodies with our new C&L Intake Plenum. As you will see from the charts, the throttle body choice plays a major role in how much performance can be expected when installing our upper intake. Since we first started selling the plenum, our most highly recommended throttle body choice has been the BBK 75mm unit. We still reccomend that people
use a 75mm throttle body, but people now have 2 choices, as Accufab has started selling a 75mm replacement unit as well. The following dyno charts show comparisons of the most popular throttle bodies available, and this information is provided so that you can chose the throttle body that is right for you.
